The Garret Torney Foundation Golf Tournament

Well, the dust has settled and our third annual Garret Torney Foundation Golf Tournament has come to a close. First and foremost, thank you to all who participated, volunteered, and donated to this amazing cause. We had 29 teams who participated in this year’s tournament. Thanks to YOUR efforts, we are able to donate $27,000 to our partner, Saving Grace K9s, and meet our goal of sponsoring 40 Veteran/dog teams since our founding in 2017. These funds will go towards supporting more local Veterans by pairing them with the service dogs they need.
Big thank you to all of the volunteers who came out to help and donate one of the most valuable assets; time. You have been there since day one and we would not be able to do what we do without you.
Huge thank you to our very generous corporate and individual sponsors who stand with us and support our mission of helping Veterans suffering from PTSD getting the service dogs they need. Thank you to apexanalytix who was this year’s tournament sponsor and third time consecutive supporter. First Citizens Bank was a Platinum Sponsor this year and were our tournament winners. Our Gold Sponsor was Hardy Brother Books who sponsored 2, four player teams. Silver sponsors include Premier Electrical Staffing, Piedmont Trust Company, Triad Financial Advisors, Ideal Landscaping, and Millhouse Logistics Inc. Individual team and hole sponsors, who number in the dozens, were instrumental to the success of this tournament.

Chick-Fil-A (Main Street, High Point) blessed us with lunch and RH Barringer supplied the adult beverages.
